UK delivery, plainly explained
No surprise charges — your final order total is shown clearly at checkout.
Delivery
- Standard Delivery: £5.95, charged once per order however many items you buy (UK mainland).
- Timing: picked within one working day, usually delivered in 2–4 working days.
- Tracking: you get a tracking reference once the parcel is dispatched. Follow it from track your order.
- Where we ship: UK mainland addresses only for now.
Returns
- 30 days: unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
- Used items: for hygiene reasons a bed that has been used by a pet can only be refunded if it is faulty or was damaged in transit.
- Damaged in transit: send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it.
- How to start: email us with your order number and we will send return instructions.
