Delivery & returns
UK delivery, plainly explained
No surprise charges at checkout — the total you see is the total the server calculates.
Delivery
- Standard UK delivery: £3.95, or free on orders over £25.00 after any discount.
- Timing: picked within one working day, usually delivered in 2–4 working days.
- Tracking: you get a tracking reference once the parcel is dispatched. Follow it from track your order.
- Where we ship: UK mainland addresses only for now.
Returns
- 30 days: unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
- Opened cleaning products: for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot resell opened bottles, so these are only refunded if faulty or damaged.
- Damaged in transit: send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it.
- How to start: email us with your order number and we will send return instructions.
