Terms & conditions
The agreement between you and us when you place an order.
Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order for dispatch. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, if pricing was clearly wrong, or if we cannot deliver to your address.
Prices
Prices include VAT where applicable, and your final order total is shown clearly at checkout. If a price shown to you differs from the total we confirm, the confirmed total applies and you can cancel before dispatch.
Payment
Payment is taken through our payment provider. Where card payment is not available, an order is held as awaiting payment and nothing is charged until we contact you.
Delivery
We deliver to UK mainland addresses. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Cancellation and returns
You have the statutory right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery, and our own 30-day returns policy for unopened items. For hygiene reasons a bed that has been used by a pet can only be returned if faulty or damaged in transit.
Product use
Follow the care instructions supplied with each item. Some pieces require simple assembly; keep small parts and packaging out of reach of children and pets.
Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach, and we do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
