Terms & conditions
The agreement between you and us when you place an order.
Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order for dispatch. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, if pricing was clearly wrong, or if we cannot deliver to your address.
Prices
Prices include VAT where applicable and are confirmed by our server at checkout. If a price shown to you differs from the confirmed total, the confirmed total applies and you can cancel before dispatch.
Payment
Payment is taken through our payment provider. This build runs in demo mode, so orders are created in an awaiting-payment state and nothing is charged.
Delivery
We deliver to UK mainland addresses. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Cancellation and returns
You have the statutory right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery, and our own 30-day returns policy for unopened items. Opened cleaning products can only be returned if faulty.
Product use
Follow the label. Keep products out of reach of children and pets, and keep pets off treated surfaces until dry.
Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach, and we do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
