How we handle your personal data when you shop with us.
What we collect
Name, email, delivery address, phone number if you give one, order history, and basic technical data such as your browser type. We never store card details — payment processing is handled by a payment provider.
Why we hold it
To take and deliver your order, to answer support messages, to handle returns, and to meet accounting obligations. Marketing email is only sent if you opt in, and every message has an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
Order records for six years for tax purposes, support messages for two years, and marketing preferences until you withdraw them.
Sharing
Only with the parties needed to fulfil your order: our fulfilment partner, the delivery carrier, and our payment provider. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you can object to marketing at any time. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO.
